🌿 The Balm That was Started on a Farm, Not in a Factory

Skincredible was born on a small farm in Taranaki, where we grow many of the herbs, infuse the oils, and hand-pour every tin ourselves. Made with mānuka, plantain, calendula, rooibos and blue chamomile, it’s a balm created for real skin problems — eczema, psoriasis, flare-ups, cracks and rashes. No steroids. No petroleum. Just plants that heal the way nature intended.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Skincredible Healing Balm?

Skincredible is a natural, farm-made balm crafted to soothe, hydrate, and support healing for eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, and other irritated skin conditions. It’s made in small batches on Monkey Puzzle Farm in Taranaki using real herbs and oils — not synthetic ingredients.

What makes Skincredible different from other eczema or psoriasis creams?

Unlike mass-produced creams, Skincredible is made from farm-grown botanicals like mānuka, kānuka, calendula, and plantain. Each ingredient is infused in oils for weeks, capturing the full healing potential of the plants — without steroids, parabens, or petroleum.

Can I use Skincredible on open or cracked skin?

Yes — it’s gentle enough for broken or irritated skin, but start with a small patch test first. The natural oils (like jojoba and shea) help protect and soften, while mānuka and kānuka oils support the skin’s natural repair process.

Is it safe for babies and children?

Absolutely. Skincredible is fragrance-free, gentle, and made from natural ingredients. It’s suitable for babies’ eczema, nappy rash, or dry patches. Always patch test first to be sure.

Will Skincredible replace my prescribed cream?

Skincredible is a natural skincare option, not a medicine. Many people use it alongside or after prescribed creams to help restore moisture and maintain healthy skin between flare-ups. If you’re under medical care, consult your doctor before replacing prescription treatments.

What skin conditions can Skincredible help with?

It’s designed for eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, dry and itchy skin, cracked hands, insect bites, and minor irritations. It helps restore moisture and soothe inflammation naturally.

How often should I use it?

Apply a small amount 2–3 times daily or as needed. For best results, use after a shower or bath when the skin is slightly damp — this helps seal in moisture.

Is Skincredible oily or greasy?

It has a rich texture that melts into the skin, leaving a protective layer that absorbs within minutes. A little goes a long way — you only need a small amount.

Does Skincredible contain any essential oils?

Yes — gentle, skin-supporting essential oils like mānuka, kānuka, rosemary, palmarosa, and blue chamomile. These are used at low, skin-safe levels to calm inflammation and support healing.

Can I use it on my face or scalp?

Yes, many customers use it for facial eczema, flaky scalp patches, or dry eyebrows. Avoid direct contact with the eyes.

What sizes does it come in?

Skincredible is available in three tin sizes:
• 100 g full-size
• 55 g standard size
• 17 g travel-size mini tin

Where is Skincredible made?

Each tin is handcrafted on Monkey Puzzle Farm in Taranaki, New Zealand — from herbs grown, harvested, and infused on-site. It’s genuine farm-to-skin skincare.

Is it vegan and cruelty-free?

Skincredible contains beeswax, so it’s not vegan, but all ingredients are cruelty-free, sustainably sourced, and tested only on willing humans — never animals.

How long does it last once opened?

Because it’s rich in natural oils and antioxidants, Skincredible has a shelf life of about 12 months. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Can I use Skincredible during flare-ups?

Yes — it’s especially useful during flare-ups to soothe heat, dryness, and itching. The natural anti-inflammatory ingredients help calm irritated areas while rebuilding the moisture barrier.
